Profile Pages, Better Navigation in Codetoy Editor

We finally have profile pages! You can now view your public profile at a unique url (eg. codetoy.io/@Paper).

I've also updated the Codetoy editor to use same dropdown as the navbar, as well as moving the "Codetoy.io" logo to be in a footer at the bottom along with the title of the project and a quick link to explore other projects. I might change the footer layout but overall I think it's a nice improvement over what it was previously.
